These relocation services enable the employee to have their home on the market in the most timely manner and assist with travel arrangements to their new destination.  The services also provide for arranging accommodations if necessary, gathering information for special interests/problems, mapping out area orientation tours, inspecting/reviewing homes to be shown, gathering community information, and providing moving tips.  The employee relocation services will address financing, affordability calculations, review options for financing, assist in closing, etc.  We allow for discussions of what needs to be accomplished, prepare appropriate videos and relocation packages, arrange for translators, and remain flexible for the needs of the individual(s).
